keu9 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between keu9 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who registers an account with, accesses, browses, or uses any part of the keu9 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at keu9.io ("the Platform").

keu9 operates as an online gaming and sports wagering platform directed at the Bangladesh market. The Platform offers a range of services including, but not limited to, sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket including BPL, T20, and IPL markets), live casino games, slot machine titles, and crash game products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. You should print or save a copy of these Terms for your records. The most current version of these Terms is always available at keu9.io/terms-conditions. By continuing to access the Platform after any update to these Terms, you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with keu9's Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming), both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and keu9.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active keu9 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from keu9 or any other gambling operator.
• You have not previously had a keu9 account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of keu9, or a close family member of any such person, unless express written consent has been obtained from keu9 management.

keu9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within a reasonable time frame specified by keu9 may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of the Platform, you are required to complete the keu9 account registration process. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

You may hold only one active registered account on keu9 at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under your own name, an alias, or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited. keu9 employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, payment method analysis, and identity verification checks to detect and prevent duplicate account registration. Where duplicate accounts are identified, keu9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and retain any deposited funds pending a full investigation.

You must complete the keu9 Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before any withdrawal from your account is processed. KYC verification requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds. keu9 may request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

keu9 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your keu9 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. keu9 strongly recommends that all players enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts via the account security settings panel.

Any activity conducted through your account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not you actually authorised that specific action. keu9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact keu9 support immediately at [email protected] or via the live chat service within your account dashboard. keu9 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend your account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

You must not attempt to access any keu9 account other than your own. Attempting to access another player's account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal liability under applicable law.

5. Deposits & Payments

keu9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods currently available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at keu9's discretion. All deposit amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit amount on keu9 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though keu9 may impose individual player deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes or in response to AML risk assessment. Deposits are credited to your keu9 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name and linked to your verified keu9 account identity. The use of third-party payment accounts — including using another person's bKash or Nagad mobile wallet — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. keu9 accepts no liability for funds deposited from an unverified or third-party payment source.

keu9 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or any payment method not listed in the current payment options on the Platform. keu9 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts and are not used by keu9 for operational expenses. Your account balance represents a contractual liability owed to you by keu9, subject to these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on keu9 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment method's availability for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. keu9 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one hour of the request being approved by the keu9 payments team. Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others) may take up to three business days to reflect in your bank account depending on the receiving institution's processing times.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. keu9 will not process any withdrawal until the player's identity has been verified to the satisfaction of the keu9 compliance team. keu9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of payment method ownership and source of funds documentation.

keu9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, keu9 will notify the player of the delay and the reason for it within a reasonable time frame.

Players may not withdraw bonus funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being removed from the player's account before the withdrawal is processed.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

keu9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the individual terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

General bonus terms that apply to all keu9 promotions unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms include:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated on the promotion page. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire before being used will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• keu9 reserves the right to amend the terms of, or withdraw, any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a player's account in good faith.
• keu9 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, stake manipulation, hedging bets, or any other strategy designed to exploit the bonus offer.
• Players must opt in to responsible gaming tools honestly. Players who are subject to deposit limits or loss limits that make fulfilment of bonus wagering requirements impossible within the bonus validity period should contact keu9 support before accepting a bonus.

8. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on keu9 are subject to the keu9 Sports Betting Rules, a full copy of which is available within the sports betting section of the Platform. The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on keu9:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed by the keu9 system. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet reference number has been issued, the odds cannot be changed.
• keu9 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a palpable error in odds pricing, regardless of whether the event has already settled. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. keu9 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to unreliable data feeds, connectivity issues, or suspicious betting patterns.
• Minimum and maximum stake sizes apply to individual markets and are displayed within each market at the time of bet placement. keu9 reserves the right to impose individual player stake limits at its sole discretion.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the time frame specified in the applicable market rules, bets will be settled in accordance with the keu9 Sports Betting Rules applicable to that sport and market type.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers ODI series — are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted as official where applied by the match umpires.

9. Casino Games

All casino games available on keu9 — including live dealer games, slot titles, and crash games — are supplied by independently certified third-party game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, and Red Tiger. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, physical dealing equipment, to determine game outcomes.

keu9 acts as a distributor of third-party game content and is not the developer of any individual game title. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game outcome will be determined by the game's server-side result, which is recorded by the game studio's system at the time of the round's completion. keu9 is not liable for losses arising from player-side technical failures, including internet connectivity issues, device failures, or browser crashes. keu9 reserves the right to void any game round where there is evidence of a technical malfunction, software error, or exploitation of a game bug that has caused an incorrect outcome or payout. In such cases, the player's stake will be returned and the round result voided.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the keu9 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one keu9 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or financial details without their knowledge and consent.
• Attempting to manipulate game or betting outcomes through the use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorised technical means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to place bets or generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using keu9 as a vehicle to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the source of those funds.
• Abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, hedging bonus bets, or engaging in low-risk bonus-clearing strategies that keu9 determines constitute abuse.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing keu9 staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat.
• Attempting to access keu9's systems, servers, databases, or source code without authorisation.

11. Responsible Gaming

keu9 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your keu9 account. Deposit limits take effect immediately when increased and are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period when reduced, to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period. When your loss limit is reached, further real-money play is automatically suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you after a specified duration of play, prompting you to review your activity and take a break if appropriate.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic on-screen summaries of your net win/loss position during a gaming session, displayed at intervals of your choosing.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the keu9 Platform — including but not limited to the keu9 brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, user interface layout, software, source code, game content, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and data — are owned by or licensed to keu9. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any keu9 intellectual property other than the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the keu9 Platform or its content without the prior express written consent of keu9.

All third-party game content available on keu9 remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio. keu9's licence to distribute that content does not extend any right to reproduce or exploit that content beyond normal gameplay within the Platform.

13. Privacy & Data

keu9 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account with keu9, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms.

keu9 may share your personal data with third parties where required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process, including anti-money laundering obligations, and with trusted third-party service providers (such as KYC verification providers, payment processors, and game studios) who process data on keu9's behalf under strict data processing agreements.

keu9 employs industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to keu9.io. 14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, keu9 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

keu9 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of technical failure, maintenance, or for reasons beyond keu9's reasonable control (force majeure events).

keu9's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your keu9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude keu9's liability for death or personal injury caused by keu9's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

keu9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, keu9 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any change, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available account balance in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.

keu9 may also make minor, non-material changes to these Terms at any time without prior notice where such changes are for the purpose of correcting typographical errors, improving clarity, or updating factual information that does not materially affect your rights or obligations.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the keu9 operating entity. Any dispute arising between you and keu9 that cannot be resolved amicably through keu9's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

keu9 makes no representation that the Platform, or any content or service thereon, is appropriate for access or use in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. Access to keu9 from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law is not permitted.
